Have you evered wondered what does it mean to be free?


Lately I was thinking about a verse in the Holy Book of Quran stating that "We have given man kind both directions" The act of giving is the most clear and straight forward indication of choice.

We have been given the choice. We have been given the power of choosing how we want to be or not. Choice is a strong weapon that those in slavery seldom know what to do with. I am not talking the ages were free men enslaved other free men, I am talking now as we look into the 21st century we enslaves our selves with the limitations we set for our God given rights.
We surround ourselves with regulations and customs that further tightens the loop and just kill the life out of our souls.

I am a slave, I must admit, I am a slave to my own desires, I want to be successful, I want to have the best job, the best position, and if I can, the best social life; We all do, we all want the best for ourselves, but we never stop to think of the consequences..  When will we stop to live mean while.  I don't say do not have ambitions, do not seek to improve your selves. It is just a balance that we need to create between how far we want to go , and how far we can .....

I've titled this thought "grow people as you grow plants", what I meant is to let yourself enjoy life as plants do. We grow old and by the time we stop to smell the roses, well, it might be just too late, that if we got the chance to stop.
We have the choice to grow in life , enjoy where we are, and then move on to the next step. We are so into getting there the fastest way possible. and that is just not normal. Things take time.. living is a process, success is a choice, and the wise who knows how to grow naturally.
