  Steps:
This visual basic code reads fields in a web form and checks the validity of the data entered. Sample forms and scripts are provided in the zip file.  
  1. Create a form with form fields of your choice (contact and personal form fields are attached as a sample)
  2. Modify the .vbs files to include your fields and the structure of your form.
