This is a complete registeration form for an event, including form validation, dynamic date, tip scipt for data entry,
right click disable function and browser compatibility check.

In addition a function to check for frames is available by adding "wincheck()" to the onload attribute within the body tag.		  
  1. Register.htm full form using text, radio, drop downs, and text boxes
  2. validate.js functions for form fields validation
  3. mydate.js to dynamically display today's date
  4. dynamic.js to check for browsers and frames
  5. event.css colour and code schema used
  6. helpyellow.gif tip image
